Anhui Ziyan Fiber Products Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022, specialising in deep processing of polyester staple fibre. Its core products include acoustic cotton, air filter cotton, vertical cotton (woven vertical cotton), rigid cotton, and automotive PET shock‑absorbing pads. Targeting both automotive interior and home furnishing markets, the company has quickly built a solid reputation in its niche through consistent product quality and customisation flexibility.
2022 – Anhui Ziyan Fiber Products Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
2023 – The factory commenced production with three fully automated production lines, reaching an annual output value of nearly RMB 20 million.
2024 – Obtained the utility model patent for "A Conveying Device for Automotive Sound‑Absorbing Cotton Production" (CN 222041782 U); first export shipments to India and Southeast Asia, marking the beginning of international expansion.
Our Factory
Our factory is located in Anzikou Village, Huainan Town, Wuhe County, Bengbu City, Anhui Province, covering a total area of 8,000 square metres. The site comprises standardised production workshops, raw material storage, finished goods inspection areas, and an R&D laboratory. Equipped with comprehensive environmental and safety facilities, the factory ensures both efficient high‑volume production and consistent quality.

Our Product
Acoustic Cotton (Automotive Sound‑Absorbing Cotton)
Made from polyester fibres through a thermal‑bonding process, it offers excellent sound absorption and noise reduction. Specifically designed for vehicle doors, headliners, wheel arches, and other NVH applications, it is also used for home wall acoustic insulation.
Air Filter Cotton
Engineered with a gradient density structure, it combines high dust‑holding capacity with low air resistance. Widely used in primary air filtration equipment, HVAC return air systems, and industrial ventilation pre‑filtration to provide clean air solutions.
Vertical Cotton (Woven Vertical Cotton)
Produced via specialised carding and vertical web‑forming technology, the fibres are arranged vertically, delivering outstanding elasticity and breathability. It is an ideal filling material for mattresses, sofas, and other upholstered home furnishings.
Rigid Cotton
Heat‑set for firmness, it maintains its shape and offers good support and compression resistance. Commonly used for automotive seat cushion frames, mattress support layers, and partition linings.
Automotive PET Shock‑Absorbing Pad
Made from PET fibres and moulded under pressure, it provides cushioning, shock absorption, and abrasion resistance. Mainly applied in vehicle chassis, spare‑wheel wells, and door panels to reduce vibration and enhance ride comfort.

Our products serve two primary industries – automotive and home furnishing – across the following specific areas:
Automotive Interior & NVH
Providing seat filling, door sound absorption, headliner insulation, and chassis damping materials for passenger and commercial vehicles, helping to improve cabin quietness and comfort.
Home Furnishing & Comfort
Supplying high‑elastic filling and acoustic/thermal insulation for mattresses, sofas, upholstered walls, and more, creating healthy and comfortable living spaces.
Air Filtration & Purification
Used in primary filtration stages of HVAC systems and air purifiers to efficiently capture coarse particles and extend the life of downstream filters.
Production Equipment
We currently operate 3 automated production lines, with core equipment including opening machines, carding machines, web‑formers, heat‑setting ovens, cold‑air setting units, and automatic cutting/slitting systems. The entire process is semi‑automated, allowing flexible adjustments to process parameters based on order specifications. Our stable daily output of 3–5 tonnes and annual capacity of approximately 1,500 tonnes enable us to handle everything from small trial samples to large‑scale continuous supply.

Our products have achieved steady sales across multiple Chinese provinces and are progressively expanding into overseas markets. With reliable quality and competitive pricing, we have earned continued trust from both domestic and international buyers.
