The flame-retardant level meets GB 8410-2006 Grade A standards. This means the material will not continue burning when exposed to a flame. The formaldehyde emission level is no more than 0.1 mg/m³, which is far below indoor air quality standards and safe for human use.
The light resistance reaches at least Grade 4 after 500 hours of testing. Even after long-term sun exposure, the parts will not turn yellow or lose their gloss. The abrasion resistance exceeds 5,000 cycles, allowing the surface coating to withstand heavy friction and daily wear.
These product are suitable for aftermarket modifications, seat side panel replacement, and dashboard renovation. The dimensions are precise, making installation quick and easy.

Our company, Anhui Ziyan Fiber Products Technology Co., Ltd., operates an 8,000-square-meter factory equipped with an in-house research laboratory. Our technicians regularly conduct light-resistance tests on automotive interior trim parts using UV lamps for 500 hours. Only products with a color-change rating below Grade 4 are approved for shipment.
We once supplied product to a Russian auto parts importer. During the extremely cold Russian winters, vehicle heaters can blow hot air at temperatures up to 80°C. According to the customer's usage report, our parts did not deform or produce any odor under these conditions.
