Headliner Car Part

Surface Density: 800–2000 g/m²
Bending Strength: ≥0.3 MPa
Sound Absorption Coefficient (NRC): ≥0.5
Peel Strength: ≥15 N/25 mm

Strong and Quiet for Your Car Roof

We manufacture automotive headliner materials for vehicle roof liners. This is a fiber-laminated composite material designed for interior roof applications.

The surface density ranges from 800 to 2000 g/m², providing balanced thickness and structural stiffness. The bending strength reaches at least 0.3 MPa, ensuring the material maintains shape stability and does not sag after installation.

The sound absorption coefficient (NRC) is ≥0.5 at 1000 Hz, effectively reducing in-cabin noise and improving driving comfort.

The peel strength is ≥15 N/25 mm, indicating strong bonding between the fabric layer and the base material. The layers remain firmly attached without separation or peeling.

This headliner material is suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, MPVs, and bus roof interiors. It can be formed into custom curved shapes according to specific vehicle models.

We Test Peel Strength with Professional Equipment

Our company operates an 8,000-square-meter factory equipped with an in-house research laboratory.

Our technicians test headliner peel strength using a tensile testing machine with 25 mm-wide samples. Only materials exceeding 15 N of pull force are approved for shipment.

We once supplied this headliner material to a Tier 1 automotive supplier supporting a vehicle manufacturer. The requirement was that the headliner must not bubble under high heat and humidity conditions.

Our product passed a 48-hour test at 85°C and 95% relative humidity. This result was confirmed in the customer's official test report.

Our factory also supports direct molding of formed headliner components based on customer molds. With hot press forming equipment, we can produce complex curved interior roof shapes.

Custom Density, Thickness, and Surface Options

Our workshop is equipped with three fully automated production lines, with a daily output of 3 to 5 tons of automotive interior materials. Our annual production capacity reaches approximately 1,500 tons.

In our finished-product inspection area, every batch is tested for bending strength, sound absorption performance, and peel strength.

Our raw material storage is dry, clean, and dust-free. Reinforcement fibers and base fabrics are stored separately by category to ensure material stability.

We also support customized production. Surface density, thickness, and fabric color can all be adjusted according to specific vehicle requirements.

In addition, we provide one-on-one pre-sales technical support and offer free samples for testing.

Choose our headliner materials, and you choose a supplier with reliable peel strength testing capability and proven Tier 1 supply experience.
