Vehicle Interior Trim

We manufacture vehicle interior trim materials for commercial vehicles and construction machinery. These materials are suitable for truck cabs, bus interiors, and excavator operator cabins.
The flame-retardant level meets GB 8410-2006 Grade A standards, helping prevent the rapid spread of fire. Formaldehyde emissions are no higher than 0.1 mg/m³, ensuring a safer and more comfortable environment even after long hours inside a closed cabin.
The light resistance reaches at least Grade 4 after 500 hours of testing. Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight will not cause fading. The abrasion resistance exceeds 5,000 cycles, providing a durable surface that resists wear during daily use.
This product can be used for seat back panels, window pillar covers, and roof liners. The surface resists dirt and is easy to clean.

Our company, Anhui Ziyan Fiber Products Technology Co., Ltd., is a specialized manufacturing enterprise with an 8,000-square-meter factory. We have a dedicated finished-product inspection area where our quality control staff test every batch of vehicle interior trim for flame retardancy and formaldehyde emissions.

Our technicians use professional testing equipment to ensure formaldehyde emissions remain below 0.1 mg/m³.

We once supplied product materials to a bus manufacturer for use on baggage rack side panels and air duct surfaces. After full road testing, the materials showed no loosening or abnormal noise. This feedback was provided by the customer's quality control department.

Our factory also includes a research laboratory where technicians continuously optimize fiber blends to improve wear resistance.

Our workshop is equipped with three fully automated production lines capable of producing 3 to 5 tons of vehicle interior trim materials per day. Our annual production capacity is approximately 1,500 tons.

Our raw material storage area is dry and dust-free, ensuring the polyester staple fiber remains in stable condition.
